Head chef Max has over 12 years industry experience and is Michelin trained. He has worked at high end restaurants across the world including France, Spain, Dubai and the top 5 restaurants in London. As well as once being head chef at the Prime68 restaurant at the top of the world’s tallest building, he has also been personal chef to Ted Baker and Dele Alli.

Max and his team decided to leave the fast paced life of the big city and choose a more rural, rustic way of life and made their new home at Bowerchalke Barn in 2018. They create gorgeously tasty dishes from locally sourced fresh produce and their passion and enthusiasm for great food and great atmosphere is second to none.
